JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and local authority contracts
Support service users in a safe, stimulating, and homely environment
Provide hands-on care and fill in for support staff as needed
Administer medication and maintain accurate records
Assist with mobility, hygiene, and activities
Formulate and update person-centred care plans
Coordinate with healthcare professionals
Participate in staff training and meetings
Skills and Experience:
Minimum A-levels or equivalent
Leadership, communication, and reliability
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
Relevant care or transferable management experience
Salary: £20,480 (37.5 hours/week)
