Our service for adults over 65 is designed to promote independence, dignity and comfort in later life. We support with day-to-day tasks such as personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, mobility assistance and household chores, always working at the person’s pace and respecting their choices. Companionship is a key part of what we do – whether that is sharing conversation, helping with hobbies, or supporting someone to stay connected with their community, friends and family.
We recognise that every older adult’s story, health needs and routines are different. That’s why we create an individual care plan in partnership with the person and those important to them. Our staff are trained to notice small changes, communicate clearly with health professionals where needed, and provide reassurance to families that their loved one is safe, listened to and well cared for.
