We also focus on meaningful engagement, using music, reminiscence, sensory activities and conversation to stimulate memory and promote emotional wellbeing. Families are supported with information, regular communication and practical strategies for managing changing needs. Our goal is to help the person live well with dementia, preserving dignity, relationships and quality of life for as long as possible.
