We provide assistance with personal care, mobility, transfers, use of equipment, medication and household tasks, always following agreed risk assessments and the person’s preferred routines.
We understand the importance of accessibility and participation. Our staff support people to get out and about, pursue hobbies, study or work, and remain active in their communities. We work closely with therapists and other professionals to follow moving and handling guidance and to adapt support as needs change, enabling people to live fulfilling lives on their own terms.
