Senior Care Workers

Job Description:

  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and local authority contracts
  • Support service users in a safe, stimulating, and homely environment
  • Provide hands-on care and fill in for support staff as needed
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with mobility, hygiene, and activities
  • Formulate and update person-centred care plans
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals
  • Participate in staff training and meetings

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum A-levels or equivalent
  • Leadership, communication, and reliability
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Relevant care or transferable management experience

Salary: £20,480 (37.5 hours/week)

Care Workers

Job Description:

  • Deliver safe and consistent support to service users
  • Assist with hygiene, mobility, and meals
  • Monitor health conditions and contribute to care records
  • Support users with daily living and social activities
  • Participate in training and uphold person-centred care values

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum A-levels or equivalent
  • Strong communication and reliability
  • Minimum Care Certificate or Level 2 in Health & Social Care

Salary: £20,480 (37.5 hours/week)

Office and Payroll Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our High Wycombe office. While a background in health and social care is beneficial, it is not essential.

Key Tasks:

  • Manage invoice queries and support payroll functions
  • Monitor ECMS system and staff compliance
  • Communicate with service users regarding schedule changes
  • Audit staff and service user files
  • Support the safe and effective delivery of care
